This year, we are using an online database system that will allow you A LOT of access to your child's band information.

Click Here CHARMS - A new window will open and this instruction window will remain in the background for reference.

Our school log-in is: CVBand
From here, you will be able to view the calendar, list of upcoming events, and email Mr. Weaver with the click of the mouse.

If you would like to access specific information about your child's fees, personal information, forms that are due to us (including printable copies), assigned inventory, and uniform assignment information - enter your child's STUDENT ID NUMBER in the Student ID or password box. (The six digit number they use in the cafeteria or in the library).

Once inside, you can change your password to keep your contact information 100% secure. Just remember your password after you have changed it. If you forget what it is, email us and we can change it back to the original Student ID number for you.

Please remember to click to UPDATE button in the top right-hand corner after you have entered your information.
